ALL MY CHILDREN Star Susan Lucci Reveals Her Beauty Secrets!

Daytime legend Susan Lucci (Erica, ALL MY CHILDREN) shared her secrets to looking good at any age!

During a recent appearance at the AOL Build interview series, Lucci discussed a variety of topics, including how the actress stays looking so amazing at age 69. “I work out just about every day,” she admitted. “I always say I’m gonna take a day off, but then I miss it, so I’ll do something. But it’s all pilates-centric.”

In fact, the actress is the spokesperson for the Pilates Pro Chair, which she sells on QVC. “I really believe in it,” she insisted. “You can sculpt long, lean, toned, flexible, strong, sexy dancer muscles. And when you get that cardio-blast at the same time, you burn fat faster. And you can get to your goals faster.”

Lucci recalled a recent trip to St. Barts, where she knew she would have to put in a little more work to be ready for the beach. “It was this Pilates Pro Chair that got me in shape, and got my confidence up so that I could at least put a bikini on and walk on that beach,” she proudly declared. “I faced my fears!”

Lucci also admitted to watching what she eats, although she confessed her diet isn’t always super-healthy. “I don’t have a big sweet tooth, but I do love pasta,” she smiled. “I could eat spaghetti and meatballs until it comes out of my ears!”

She believes that instead of depriving yourself of the things that might be bad for you, it’s important to balance them out with the healthier options. “I eat organic as much as I can,” she revealed. “Basically I eat the Mediterranean diet, which is fresh fish and green vegetables like kale salad — which my husband is never going to eat… but I do!”
