Watch GENERAL HOSPITAL: Best of the Nurses Ball

It’s almost time for the GENERAL HOSPITAL Nurses Ball, which will be held this year on Thursday, May 16. But since that’s over a month away, why not prep for it by watching some classic Nurses Ball episodes from years past? ABC has released the “Best of the Nurses Ball 2014-2018” collection on ABC.com. The 16 episodes will be available with no sign-in required at ABC.com and on the ABC app from now until Sunday, June 30.

The Nurses Ball first appeared on GH back in 1994. Dedicated to HIV/AIDS awareness and research, the episodes feature fabulous fashions, original music, exciting musical and dance performance all sprinkled with heaping helpings of daytime drama. After eight consecutive gala events, the 2001 Nurses Ball was the last one for a long while. It made its grand return in 2013 in honor of GH’s 50th anniversary with Lucy Coe back as the hostess with the mostess, and has continued annually ever since.

So get ready for this year’s Nurses Ball by re-watching the music, magic, and romance of the past years where you can also enjoy much-missed characters like Luke and Tracy, relive when Liz found out that Jake Doe was Jason (or so they thought at the time), and enjoy classic performances like Obrecht’s “99 Luftballoons!”
