Watch GH’s Dominic Zamprogna in ‘To the Moon and Back’

Tags:

Fans were thrilled when Dominic Zamprogna returned to GENERAL HOSPITAL to reprise his role of Dante Falconeri in March of 2019, but less so when his stint turned out to be extremely brief. But they can take heart that they’ll be able to see the Daytime Emmy-nominated actor in a new short film titled To the Moon and Back. It is written and directed by Nate Hapke, who is also a member of the GH directing team. “To work with talent like this is a dream come true as a writer/director,” he tweeted back in February when they were filming.

In To the Moon and Back, Zamprogna plays Robert Westfield, a man who, in the moments before he has to eulogize his mother, finds solace in his wife and daughter. The cast also includes Danielle Rayne and Julie Romano. The film’s IMDb page lists Sunday, Sept. 1 as a release date, but that’s likely just a placeholder. As soon as solid details regarding a release and how to watch it, we’ll be sure to let you know. Until then, you can check out this emotional trailer:
