Watch Valentin Sing My Dear to Nina on General Hospital

Any viewers surprised to hear Valentin sing to Nina in the Oct. 2 episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL must not have caught his show-stopping Nurses Ball performances in the past years, or be aware that his portrayer, James Patrick Stuart, is a talented musician with a new album out! In the show, Nina and Valentine’s bachelor and bachelorette parties converged at The Floating Rib where the bride-to-be pushed her fiancé into doing some karaoke. The song Valentin serenaded her with was “My Dear,” by singer/songwriter Michael Tulimero. “When trying to woo Cynthia Watros (Nina),” Stuart joked on Twitter, “it helps to have a Michael Tulimero song in your back pocket.”

You can watch the entire performance in the GH clip below, but since it’s the entire last five minutes of the show, it’s bookended by Chase and Willow’s steamy encounter and Lulu overhearing a massive secret!

And if you want to hear the song again and again, “My Dear” is just one of the tracks found on Stuart’s very first album, The Apple Tree, which is currently available on all the major streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music as well as digital download on iTunes and even CD! The talented performer has music in his blood, as his father, Chad Stuart, was half of the popular ’60s duo Chad & Jeremy. “This is a tribute, gift, and salute to my father,” Stuart told Soaps In Depth of his album in an exclusive interview.
