GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Scarlett Fernandez Guest Stars on LETHAL WEAPON!

Tags:

We don’t see too much of Charlotte Cassadine lately on GENERAL HOSPITAL, but that’s okay because it gives her talented young portrayer, Scarlett Fernandez, time to moonlight on other shows! “I hope you will all tune in Tuesday,” she posted to Instagram, “to watch me as Kate Canter on LETHAL WEAPON!”

The action-adventure series based on the hit movies stars Damon Wayans, Sr. and Clayne Crawford as Murtaugh and Riggs, and airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on FOX. In the episode airing on Tuesday, Dec. 5, called “Fools Rush In,” the cops are drawn into a fatal world of conspiracy theories. But while there are no details about Fernandez’s character of Kate, we’re going out on a limb and assume she might be part of the episode’s subplot that sees Murtaugh and Trish attempting to get their daughter, Harper, into a fancy pre-school. But then again, you never know, so you’ll just have to tune in to find out!

Since joining the cast of GH as Charlotte, Fernandez has occasionally shown off her talent in primetime with roles on BROKEN, SHAMELESS, and JANE THE VIRGIN. And she’s also appearing in her first motion picture, playing a little girl named Charlotte (what a coincidence!) in the upcoming comedy Silver Lake due out in January of 2018.

But be sure to catch Fernandez on LETHAL WEAPON first, and then stay tuned to see if Charlotte is part of the holiday celebrations in Port Charles, because we’re betting she will be! And for more on your favorite GH stars, keep reading the ABC edition of Soaps In Depth magazine!
