GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 2/22/19 — Can Laura and Kevin Escape Ryan’s Trap?
Things are looking dire in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Franco is desperate to tell Liz the truth, Jason worries Sam is getting in over her head, Anna goes on the attack, and even as “Kevin” proudly announces his engagement to Ava, the real Kevin and Laura remain trapped in Ferncliff!
Franco is reluctantly going along with Jordan’s plan to smoke out the real killer, but he’s not willing to sacrifice his marriage to do it. “I’m calling Elizabeth and I’m telling her the truth!” he informs the commissioner. Will Jordan agree to loop Liz in on the plan, or will she insist he keep quiet? Because Liz is starting to fall apart. “Something else is going on,” she tearfully insists to Terry. Will she continue to stand by her man?
Sonny places a call to someone to declare: “It’s me. I need your help.” He’s been worried about Carly’s pregnancy, but is he so concerned he’s already bringing in backup? Or is this to do with something else entirely?

Sam is happy to do whatever it takes to get in good with Shiloh and figure out exactly what the guy is up to in Port Charles, but Jason is worried about her safety, and for good reason — they still don’t really know what she’s getting herself into! “We gotta make sure that Shiloh is not playing you,” he warns her.
Anna has been on edge during the entire investigation into Dr. Cabot’s twin research, and it looks as though she’s finally lost her cool! “You son of a bitch!” she hisses as she suddenly lunges at someone. You don’t want to make this super spy angry!
“Ava and I are getting married,” “Kevin” happily announces in The Metro Court. And Carly’s reaction to Ryan’s news is absolutely priceless. Meanwhile, Ryan has left Kevin and Laura trapped in the basement of Ferncliff, and they are desperate to find a way out! “Hello!” Laura shouts, pounding on the door. “Can you hear me?!” Can they escape before Ryan kills again? Or are they his next victims?
