GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers — Nelle Has a Confession for Michael!

Two separate babies are at the center of the drama in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, but while the truth about one baby could mean heartbreak for one couple, the truth about the other one could turn all of Port Charles upside down!

Ever since the doctor’s appointment where they learned that their baby had been diagnosed with spina bifida, Sonny and Carly have been walking on eggshells, concerned about their unborn child. At that time, it was too soon to tell just how serious the condition might be, but now they’re back for more information. “What’s the verdict?” Sonny asks the doctor. Carly wonders: “How serious is the baby’s condition?”

But it’s little Baby Wiley who could blow the entire town apart when the truth about his identity comes out. Willow still believes the tot to be the child she had with Shiloh, and the cult leader is determined to get custody of his “son.” Michael pays Nelle a visit in prison where they sit down in a room across the table from each other. “I know something you don’t,” Nelle stammers, “about what really happened to our son.” Will she finally tell Michael about the baby swap and that Jonah is very much alive and being raised by Brad and Lucas?
