General Hospital Spoilers — Nelle Is Back!

Nelle is back in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, but will she reveal the awful truth about what she’s done? Meanwhile, Willow continues to open up to Michael, and Carly and Laura discuss Kevin even as Ryan pays his brother a visit in Ferncliff to gloat!

At the hospital, Josslyn continues to try and give Oscar hope for the future. “A lot can change in a year,” she reminds him. Can she keep her boyfriend’s spirits up as he undergoes the experimental treatments that will hopefully save his life? Elsewhere in the building, Willow shares her story with Michael. “My pregnancy came as a surprise,” she confesses. But will she go so far as to tell the part about how she gave her child up for adoption and Julian’s part in keeping her from taking her son back?

Laura is still trying to figure out exactly what’s wrong with Kevin, and Carly assures her that something has to be terribly wrong. “Kevin can’t be in his right mind if he’d give you up for Ava,” she suggests. Meanwhile, Ryan continues his Kevin impersonation, visiting his brother in Ferncliff to fill him in on how well everything has been going. “I am totally pulling this off!” Ryan gloats.

Obrecht managed to blackmail Valentin into helping her stay out of prison by holding his secrets over him, and now she goes to confront Nelle! “Where is that beautiful baby boy?” she asks the prisoner with a sly gin. Obrecht helped Nelle deliver her baby boy, but will the mom reveal that she gave Jonah to Brad to pass off as his own son?
