General Hospital Spoilers — Nelle Meets Ryan!!

Ryan may be locked up in Pentonville, but in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, he may have found a new partner in crime! Plus, Ava refuses to back down, Wiley’s loved ones plot to keep Shiloh away from the kid, and Carly lashes out.

After Jax blasted Ava by reminding her of her numerous crimes, she stormed out, refusing to do the story about her life Nina had planned to run in Crimson. Urged by Nina to make good, Jax follows Ava to the Metro Court but she’s having none of it. “Take me as I am,” she spits. And seeing Ava in her restaurant again reopens old wounds for Carly. “That bitch is still walking around,” she angrily reminds Jax, “and my son is dead!”

Visiting Harmony at the police station, Shiloh lays out his plan. “The most important thing is that I find my son,” he explains. Willow is desperate to keep Shiloh away from Wiley, but luckily she has plenty of help. “The first thing that Shiloh would do is prove that you had a baby,” Michael explains to her. And over at Kelly’s, Julian joins Sonny to talk to Brad about his adopted son. “I’m not going to let anything happen to that little boy,” Sonny vows. Of course, what none of them (aside from Brad and Julian) realize is that Wiley isn’t actually Shiloh and Willow’s child!

Ryan was shocked to wake up in Pentonville and discover that everyone had teamed up to steal his kidney to save Jordan’s life, but things are about to take another interesting twist when he gets an unexpected visitor! “Welcome to Pentonville,” Nelle says with a smile. If these two psychos team up together, the mind boggles at the hell they could unleash on Port Charles!
