Laura has gone to Ferncliff to tour the facilities since she’s planning to make mental health care a cornerstone of her mayoral campaign. And Carly steeled her courage to accompany her, returning to the asylum where she had been tormented. But when she insists that they begin their tour with the room of the patient who had been next door to her tapping out the SOS messages, Carly and Laura are both surprised to find the room empty.

“Tonight is gonna be unforgettable,” Ryan declares as he makes preparations for a Halloween that Port Charles won’t soon forget. Felicia is startled as she hangs seasonal decorations, Carly reacts in horror, and Ava nearly loses her balance as her whole world turns upside down. “What on earth?!” she exclaims. And Ryan’s voice teases: “They let me get away with murder.”
Ryan has been after Felicia for years, and Laura poses a major threat because she’s close to discovering that he’s been impersonating her husband. And while he’s been posing as the shrink and offering advice to Ava, has it only been to lure her into his deadly web? Who will be the serial killer’s next victim?
