Former GH castmate Sean Kanan (ex-A.J.; Deacon, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL) was also concerned, tweeting from Italy, “Just saw this. Hope you are okay. If this is real, I’m wishing you all the best and a speedy recovery.”

Marcil replied, “You are too sweet. It’s for a film. Love you!”

The Emmy winner put fans’ minds at ease with a later tweet revealing that her injuries were just for show as she’s filming a new movie called Deadly Devotion. The upcoming thriller co-stars Mykel Shannon Jenkins and David Lago (ex-Raul, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS). It’s currently scheduled for release in March of 2017, so we’ll keep you up to date as more information is announced!
