GH Renewed!

Fans of GENERAL HOSPITAL can breathe easy knowing that the soap will continue airing on ABC next season! Deadline has reported that while ABC does not officially renew its soaps, GH will continue next season. With surging ratings for all four remaining daytime soaps, renewals were also recently announced for DAYS OF OUR LIVES, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL and THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS.

GH, headwriter Ron Carlivati tweeted his joy at the show’s renewal, adding, “And I just signed a new contract! So happy to be staying with ABC and GH!”
