GH’s Trey Needs Your Help!

Soap stars are always lending their time and celebrity to help worthy causes, and GENERAL HOSPITAL newbie Erik Valdez (Trey) isn’t wasting any time enlisting fan support for his favorite charity!

“Since joining the cast of GH, a world of opportunities has opened up,” he says, “the ability to work with charities is one of them. I’ll be riding in a charity bike ride next month and am raising money for the Best Buddies organization.”

Best Buddies International is an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for friendship, employment and leadership training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Valdez’s bike ride, a 100-mile ride down the Pacific Coast Highway (with alternative 62, 30 and 15-mile routes!), will be held on Saturday, September 9.
