ABC is scheduled to have its official “upfronts” event on Tuesday, May 15, which is when the network will announce the pilots have been officially picked up to join their programming slate. The exec spent the last several years orchestrating the machinations on Wisteria Lane. Is he okay with signing up for another potentially long-running series right away? “I’m ready to jump in,” he says with a smile.
