Will Richard Simmons Whip GH Into Shape Again?

GENERAL HOSPITAL has been bringing back tons of faves from the soap’s glory days of the ’80s, and it looks like there’s one more yet to be officially announced! Soaps In Depth had heard whispers weeks ago that Richard Simmons, who played himself on GH back in the day, would be making a return appearance on the show, presumably in time for the 50th Anniversary.

Simmons posted the picture you see here on his Facebook page, writing “I’m sending you a big smile. I have a secret and you’ll know soon.”

Of course, wearing a tracksuit emblazoned with sequined letters spelling out “Nurses Ball 2013” is kind of a dead giveaway!
