GLSEN, The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network, has unveiled its charityBUZZ online auction that includes such amazing offerings as lunch with Julia Roberts, tickets to the Los Angeles premiere of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and its after-party, and of most interest to daytime fans, a walk-on role on GENERAL HOSPITAL!

“Our online auction continues to generate an incredible amount of attention and support for our work to ensure every LGBT student receives a quality education free from the devastating effects of bullying,” said Dr. Eliza Byard, GLSEN’s Executive Director. “We are grateful to have partners that make these successful auctions possible for our supporters to bid on exciting and priceless moments that allow us to ensure our transformative work reaches every school in this country.”

The auction is being presented in conjunction with GLSEN’s Respect Awards, which will be taking place Friday, October 18 at The Beverly Hills Hotel. Proceeds from the auction will help support GLSEN’s efforts to end harassment and discrimination in K-12 schools nationwide.
