ALL MY CHILDREN’s Kelly Ripa Saved Friend Andy Cohen’s Life!
While co-hosting LIVE WITH KELLY recently, Andy Cohen thanked his friend, Kelly Ripa (Hayley, ALL MY CHILDREN) for saving his life by helping him discover he had skin cancer!

Cohen explains that back in April, she remarked on a black dot on his lip, and continued insisting that he get it checked out. “I’m like a dog with a bone,” Ripa smiled.
“And it was melanoma,” he revealed. “And they removed it. And I just want to thank you.”

After a tender hug, Ripa lightened things by joking, “I’m glad to see that all that money I spend visiting dermatologists was good for something! Because I essentially at this point am a dermatologist.” She also confided this was the third time she’d spotted skin cancer on her friends!
“So make sure you guys be careful in the sun out there,” she urged her audience.
