AMC Star Returning To Primetime Hit!

ALL MY CHILDREN’s Denise Vasi (Randi) will not be participating in the Free To Breathe yogathon this weekend, organized by best pal Stephanie Gatschet (Madison). “Due to unanticipated scheduling conflicts, I will not be able to participate,” she tweeted last night. “I was so excitedly looking forward to it. [Please] know that all monies raised will continue to go to the National Lung Cancer Partnership. Not only was I able to reach my fundraising ‘goal’ but thanks to each of you… I succeeded it!”

The actress has a good reason for not being able to make the charity event, however. The primetime procedural drama WHITE COLLAR — the USA Network drama stars soap alum Matthew Bomer (Ben, GUIDING LIGHT) as a con man-turned-FBI consultant — has asked her to make a return appearance! “White Collar (USA network) has brought ‘Cindy’ the character I portrayed 2 seasons ago (in the pilot) BACK!!” Vasi announced. “So I’m in NY filming that. I will return to LA and resume my schedule with AMC next week.”
