Fans of GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Damian Spinelli can celebrate again because Bradford Anderson is making another return to Port Charles! "Late night commute," the actor shared on Instagram with a photo of his script. "Excited about a productive day tomorrow. GH, podcasts, and more…"
Anderson likes to use social media to keep fans up to date on his comings and goings, like in 2018 when he snapped a selfie outside the soap's makeup department and joked: “Early call this morning. They had to lay it on thick.”
Anderson's wacky Spinelli quickly became a fan favorite when he first appeared back in November of 2006. Initially recurring, he was quickly put on contract and remained with the show until the end of 2013, earning three Daytime Emmy Award nominations for his work. Thankfully for his fans, Anderson has continued to make sporadic appearances on GH over the years, except for that one time in 2017 when Spinelli officiated at Maxie and Nathan's wedding in 2017 and was played by DAYS OF OUR LIVES alum Blake Berris (ex-Nick) since Anderson was busy taping episodes of Showtime's critically-acclaimed series HOMELAND at the time.
The last time viewers saw Spinelli was back in May of 2019 when he helped Jason set up surveillance equipment at the Dawn of Day house in order to stop Shiloh's cult. He usually comes back to help out with investigations, so what will bring him home this time? There's no information yet as to when Anderson will air or how many episodes he'll be appearing in, so stay tuned!
