GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Hudson West Shares His Incredible Vacation in Alaska — See the Pics!

From the look on their faces, West and his older brother, Maddox, were both excited to be taking this trip to Alaska.

Thankfully, the fuzziness of this photo means that West was a safe distance away when he snapped this shot of a bear fishing for its dinner!

When he took this incredible shot of a glacier, did he know he'd be visiting one up close later in the trip?

West captured this image of some seals basking in the summer sun.

Hopefully, this shot was taken from inside somewhere safe!

"So blessed to have had the opportunity to experience this!" West exclaimed of the vacation.

From an observation deck, you can see the train making its way through the countryside. 

The train trip provided many spectacular views such as this one. 

The Alaskan wilderness looking rich and unspoiled.

Kantishna Roadhouse not only provided the West family with lodging on their trip, but also some fantastic adventures to view the incredible scenery and the wildlife within.

One such adventure was: "Taking an airplane trip around Mt Denali."

The view from the small plane was almost more spectacular than the one from the train.

"Have you ever landed on a glacier?! It was so cool!" West exclaimed, here posing with his brother and parents after a safe touchdown.

The visitors had time to wander around and play in the snow.

West looks so excited to be there that the cold doesn't seem to be bothering him one bit!

As they took off from the glacier, the young actor and photographer snapped this cool shot of the icy surface.
