GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Jacklyn Zeman Previews Her Exciting New TLC Series
in addition to playing Bobbie Spencer on GENERAL HOSPITAL, Jacklyn Zeman is going to be moonlighting as co-host of MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR HOME, a new series for TLC premiering on Saturday, June 2, at 9 a.m. ET! Along with celebrity chef and lifestyle guru Jaime Laurita, Zeman will be helping inspire people to transform their houses into homes. “We’ve got the tools and the knowhow to take you from blueprints to better living spaces for yourself, your friends, and your family,” she declared in a promotional video for the series.
Every episode will find the duo offering up tips and tricks for turning regular living spaces like kitchens, gyms, and yards into something special. “Our show’s gonna be about style, fashion, food, music, and Jackie and I are going to take you on this journey,” Laurita previewed on Kitchen Chat. “We’re not only gonna talk about the trends, but we’re hopefully gonna set a few.”
Zeman agreed, adding: “And inspire people to learn how to do it for themselves. We all love our homes. I mean, it’s your home. But a lot of times you get busy or the money or… there’s always reasons why you don’t always have everything you want. So we’re gonna try to bring that information to show you how you can jush it up and just make it fresher and newer without it being inconvenient.”
GH fans know her best as an actress, but Zeman has also been designing for years. “I’ve bought and sold a lot of homes and I’ve always fixed them up,” she explained. “So a lot of my houses would get on the decorating shows because they knew i liked all this color and color photographs really well. And friends started seeing that and asking me ‘Will you decorate my house?’”
So be sure to tune in to see Nurse Bobbie in a whole new light as Zeman shows off her decorating skills in her new series when MAKE THIS PLACE YOUR HOME debuts in June. Heck, you might just learn a few tips and tricks you can really use!
