GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Jeffrey Vincent Parise Lands a New Role in THE MAGICIANS

Tags:

Fans of actor Jeffrey Vincent Parise who miss seeing him as Carlos on GENERAL HOSPITAL can look forward to seeing him ply his talents in yet another new role, this time appearing in an episode of the SyFy series THE MAGICIANS! “Stay tuned,” he teased with a snapshot of his shooting script looking out over Vancouver, where they are filming the show.

According to the script cover, he’ll be appearing in the fifth episode of the fifth season titled “Apocalypse? Now?!” written by series story editor Mike Moore and directed by Shannon Kohli, who has helmed a few other episodes before. Unfortunately, the fifth season of THE MAGICIANS is not scheduled to premiere until 2020, but as soon as there’s an official release date and more information for Parise’s episode — like which character he’ll be playing — we’ll be sure to let you know!

Fantasy and science-fiction is nothing new for Parise, who recently enjoyed a recurring role as Asmodeus, the Prince of Hell, in season 13 of The CW’s SUPERNATURAL. He also starred in the apocalyptic sci-fi adventure The Outer Wild. The actor became a quick fan favorite when he joined the cast of GH in 2013, and those viewers have continued to follow his career long after he departed the soap in 2016.

Stay tuned to find out where Parise’s career takes him next, and for more on your favorite GH stars — past and present — keep reading the ABC edition of Soaps In Depth magazine.
