GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Nancy Lee Grahn Announces She’s Getting Married
Looks like congratulations are in order for GENERAL HOSPITAL star Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis), who surprised fans by revealing that she’s planning to get married to her boyfriend! The actress tweeted a photo of her planting a big kiss on him that she captioned: “With my soon-to-be husband in his hometown, Eugene, Oregon, right in the spot where he got his first kiss.”

Grahn keeps her personal life rather private on social media and only refers to her boyfriend — now fiancé — as “my love.” But she has shared a handful of photos of him and he has accompanied her on family vacations to Santa Ynez in August of 2019 as well as to France in July of 2018. “This guy is kinda dreamy and has good taste,” she shared on Instagram. “That necklace I wear every day on GH was his Valentine’s gift.” Grahn’s real-life love is also a very talented jazz musician who plays guitar.
Back on Sept. 9, Grahn shared a tweet that teased her engagement when she said: “It’s never too late. I’m about to become a first time member of the #FilthyMouthedWife club next year. Honored. Thanks, Chrissy Teigen for making filthy-mouthed wives great again.” While Alexis has had one failed relationship after another on GH, it looks like her portrayer has found true love for herself. “It took me 60 years,” she admitted in a sweet Instagram post back in May, adding the hashtag “#BeaconofHope.”
