Let Ryan Paevey get you in the holiday spirit when he stars in the brand new movie, Hope at Christmas, premiering Tuesday, Nov. 20, at 9 p.m. on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries! So while GENERAL HOSPITAL fans may still not be over the death of his character, Nathan West, they can all enjoy the handsome actor as a brand new romantic lead!
In the holiday drama, Paevey plays Mac, a teacher who fills in for the town Santa from time to time. He tries to make Christmas wishes come true, and this time, the recently divorced Sydney Ragsdale is at the top of his list. Having moved to a local house she inherited, Sydney raises her young daughter and becomes reacquainted with the local bookstore owner, Bea. As a new opportunity with the store emerges, Mac helps Sydney open herself up to life, love, and believing in the spirit of Christmas again. How romantic!
Paevey’s co-star in Hope at Christmas is actress Scottie Thompson, who has starred in THE BLACKLIST, NCIS, and 12 MONKEYS. The cast also includes Peter Graham-Gaudreau and Nelson Wong (seen in the pic above in the Santa hat with casmate Paevey).
In addition to his holiday flick, Paevey has also shot another Hallmark Channel romance, the upcoming BFF Bride with fellow soap alum Kelly Kruger (Mac, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS; ex-Eva, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL). So even though GH fans are missing seeing the actor in Port Charles these days, they’ll still be able to get their fix of the hunk thanks to all his new projects. So be sure to tune in to watch!
