General Hospital's Sonny and Carly – Relive Their Epic Love Story

This year marks Maurice Benard’s 25th anniversary as Sonny Corinthos on GENERAL HOSPITAL, and in addition to the very special episod e of the soap airing on Monday, Nov. 12, ABC has also curated 20 of the most memorable episodes from Sonny and Carly’s tumultuous relationship for fans to watch on ABC.com and the ABC app. Before the big announcement, Benard and Laura Wright (Carly) teased something awesome was coming in a special video clip, and they weren’t wrong!

Although Benard is the only actor to portray Sonny over the past decades, the classic GH episodes available for viewing will cover three different actresses as Carly: Sarah Joy Brown, Tamara Braun, and Wright.) The vintage drama begins back in November of 1999 when Carly left A.J. and went to Sonny’s where a heated argument turned into a passionate encounter and goes all the way up to when Sonny recreated “Luke’s” to help Mike and told Carly that she saved him from destroying his own life. In between, relive the emotional episode where Carly and Sonny lost their baby, the two-part renewal of their vows, Carly struggling to help Sonny when he went off his meds, and even the 51st anniversary show where Sonny reminisced about his history with Carly featuring all three actresses.

All 20 episodes are available right now, but if you don’t want to binge and take your time (or if you want to rewatch some of them over and over), don’t worry — you’ll have until Tuesday, Feb. 12 to enjoy them as much as you want! ABC.com previously released classic episodes from the epic romance of Jason and Sam, and now they’re celebrating Sonny and Carly. Who will be next? We can’t wait to find out!
