General Hospital Spoilers — What's Wrong With Baby Wiley?

The truth about Baby Wiley could be on the verge of coming out in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers when a health crisis threatens to turn everything upside down! Ava fears she’s lost her daughter as Kiki cozies up to Griffin, and Julian warns Jason not to hurt Sam. And as the walls close in on Sonny, Mike tries to make a clean break!

After her explosive — and public — blowup with Kiki at Charlie’s Pub, Ava is feeling rattled. She’s less concerned with Kiki stealing Griffin away from her than Griffin stealing her daughter! “I refuse to lose her over the likes of Griffin Monroe!” Ava protests to Julian. But she may not have much to say about the matter as Kiki and Griffin are now neighbors! The pair are hot and sweaty sitting on the couch together, but that’s mostly because of the faulty heating in their apartments. Mostly! “I’m about to show you a whole new world,” Kiki promises the doc, showing him a flyer for a film festival.

Julian knows that Jason is Sonny’s right hand man, and worries that Sam is going to get pulled back into his dangerous world again. “Do you love my daughter enough not to pull her back in?” Julian asks. But can Jason resist his feelings for Sam to make Julian a promise he’ll never be able to keep?

Sonny wants to take care of his father, but Mike knows his condition is worsening and it would be better off for everyone if he was in a facility where he could receive proper treatment. To help make that happen, he approaches Stella. “I need you to help Sonny let me go,” he begs. But Sonny may have even bigger problems as the commissioner pays him a visit with a dire warning! “I’m telling you, the walls are closing in,” Jordan informs him. Will Sonny be able to escape his past?

Seeing Michael holding his cousin, Wiley, Maxie tries to assure him that one day he’ll have a child of his own. “I know you’re gonna be a great dad,” she promises. Of course neither of them know that he already is, and is actually holding the son he had with Nelle! And Brad’s baby switch could be exposed when he and Lucas learn that their adopted son has a health condition. “What’s wrong with our baby’s heart?” Brad asks, concerned. Could this lead to the truth about Wiley’s origins finally being revealed?
