General Hospital Spoilers — Ryan Flies Into a Rage!

February Sweeps is kicking off with a bang in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Oscar’s latest test results are in, Sam continues investigating Shiloh and Dawn of Day, and Ryan loses his temper! Is this the beginning of the end for the serial killer’s reign of terror?

At the hospital, Terry enters the room with a file folder to announce: “I have Oscar’s latest test results.” Drew and Kim are on the edge of their seat, and even Oscar has a glimmer of hope in his eyes. Might the teen’s condition have improved, or is Oscar’s death inevitable?

The mystery of Shiloh and Dawn of Day deepens as Sam continues her investigation of the organization and its leader. “You still don’t trust me, do you?” Shiloh chuckles ruefully as they sit together at the bar at The Metro Court. Sam glares at him and asks, “Why would I?” Can he work his charms on Sam as he has Kristina, or is this sister immune?

With Kevin safely locked away in Ferncliff, Ryan has been impersonating his twin so he can move freely through Port Charles as he kills and kills again. Heck, the guy is even “helping” the PCPD with their investigation so he can try to steer them away from the shocking truth! But his most recent victim survived, and Lulu could be on the verge of remembering who it was that stabbed her. As his house of cards stands poised to collapse around him, the psycho is at the end of his rope. In Kevin’s office, Ryan lashes out and yells as he sweeps everything off of the desk in a fit of rage! Could this be the end of his murderous charade?
