GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Jacklyn Zeman Reveals the Special Trip She Made With Her Daughters Every Christmas!

The Radio City Christmas Spectacular is a holiday tradition for many families, including GENERAL HOSPITAL star Jacklyn Zeman (Bobbie) and her daughters, Cassidy and Lacey!

“When my daughters were young, we had a very traditional family and Christmas was my favorite holiday,” the actress tells Soaps In Depth. “I totally loved it and so did my girls so we always made it a big deal.”

Zeman explains that they would split their holidays between family and friends. “So one year we’d go back to New Jersey for my mom, my sisters, and that part of my family,” she relates, “and then the next year we would go to the Virgin Islands and celebrate with friends on Marina Cay in Tortola. We kind of had two separate traditions going on.”

However, no matter what the changing years brought in terms of holiday destinations, there was always one pit stop along the way! “Every single year, no matter where we were going to be,” Zeman reveals, “we would always go see The Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. We’d jump on a plane and go see the Christmas show every year. We never missed it.”

And one year the trip was made extra-special for Zeman and her daughters. “Nine times out of ten there would be an opportunity to go backstage and meet The Rockettes on some silent auction,” she says. “So we actually did that once. I won the auction and I got to take my girls backstage and meet them and see their sparkly costumes and shoes. Every little girl wants to be a dancer and a Rockette!”
