The actor shared a beautiful photo of himself with his mother, Maribeth, at her recent wedding to John Scanlon.
“Walking my mom down the aisle at her wedding Saturday made me so proud,” he wrote. “Life works out when you spread love and positive energy to everyone around you and she has taught me that. I love you mom.”

“She got married at the beach in North Carolina,” Watkins tells Soaps In Depth. “They just got a beach house together that they’re fixing up. We’ve been hoping she would find someone special and she has. I know she’s going to be happy.”
