GH Recap: Dante Finds “Luke”!

If you didn’t see Friday’s GENERAL HOSPITAL, go to ABC.com and watch it! It’s “must see TV”!

GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Fluke has graduated from swinging wooden bats to strategically placing time bombs, all with the intent of taking out… well, you name them, and they’re in danger!

Fluke and Helena — dressed like she was in a revival of Doctor Zhivago — were all but giddy with their plan to blow up the Haunted Star and the party guests on board. “Once the Haunted Star goes up in flames and my muscle at Pentonville make their moves, there will be no stopping me,” Fluke said with an ominous grin. But things weren’t going as smoothly as they hoped!

As the bomb ticked away behind the champagne bottles under the HS bar, Patrick and Sam arrived at the PCPD, to file a report about Jake breaking into her penthouse and stealing the phoenix figurine. Carly, however, was already there, turning in the evidence that proved Jake was the masked man who used Sam as a human shield to help Faison escape. Shortly thereafter, Nathan arrived at the Haunted Star, handcuffed Nathan and arrested him for a laundry list of charges, none of which Jake had a memory of committing.

As the cops walked Nathan across the pier and to their vehicles, Fluke and Helena hid. “It looks like your soldier toy is as incompetent as the rest of these dimwits,” Fluke scoffed. Helena assured Luke, “But the police don’t know about the bomb.” She was right! And another person who didn’t know about the bomb was Nikolas. When Helena learned that her beloved grandson was off to the party, she literally shook him by the collar and told him, “You cannot go to that party!” And when that didn’t convince him, she had her goons take over!

Our Pentonville escapees, Julian, Sonny, Ava and Franco made a getaway in the stolen police transport van. Franco and Ava bickered the whole time about his adoration for Nina, which gave Ava the giggles. “You piggybacked on my escape for that horror show?” she laughed. Franco was not amused. Meanwhile in Shadybrook, Heather showered Nina with attention, giving her a manicure and adding a touch of blood red polish. Then she hit Nina with the truth: she was Franco’s mother! Nina’s smile dropped and fear slow set in.

Sam, Patrick and Carly watched as Jake was brought into the police station in handcuffs. He assured them that he had no recollection of committing any of those crimes. Then suddenly, he was hit with a flashback of seeing a woman in Dr. Collins’ chair. He was about to tell them it was Helena when a cop interrupted them and announced that there was a jailbreak at Pentonville

At the same time, Julian called Lucas (who was at the party) and tried to warn him about Fluke but was cut off when the phone battery went dead. Fluke, who made an appearance back on the Haunted Star and planned to make a hasty retreat before it blew to smithereens, told Johnny about the escape. Remembering that the phone Julian used was actually Johnny’s, he was easily about to track their exact location! Moments later, the van carrying the foursome found themselves being tailed closely by another vehicle. Was it Johnny? Whatever the case, Julian lost control of the van and it crashed!

Meanwhile, Dante lay unconscious on the basement floor of the Spencer house, with blood oozing from the bash on his head. As he slowly came to, he tried to make it over to a chair, assuming it was Luke. Blurry-eyed, he saw a bomb resting on the legs of the person sitting. When Dante’s eyes made their way up to the face, he was horrified by what he saw… a decaying body!

Monday on GH, Sam wants answers from Jake, Heather wishes Franco were dead, and two bombs are set to cause massive destruction! Don’t forget: 3:00 ET and 2:00 PST/CT on ABC. Be there!
