Bankrupt By Beanies is a short documentary film made by Chris Robinson Jr. for his Documentary Production class at The University Of Arizona about his father’s unusual scheme. Chris Robinson (ex-Rick, GENERAL HOSPITAL) had the idea to invest in Beanie Babies as a potential way to put his kids through college. Unfortunately, he spent around $100,000 on the little stuffed animals, but never sold any to recoup his investment.
