Make A Pledge With Vanessa!

This holiday season, GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzo (Brenda) wants you to make your teeth as sparkling as can be! Earlier this month, the actress hosted the “Glide Into The Holidays” event and free skate day at Wollman Rink in Central Park, New York, where, in partnership with Oral B Glide floss and Operation Smile, Giovinazzo encouraged families to pledge not to forget their oral health this holiday season by switching to Glide, which slides easier in tight spaces compared to the leading floss. “I am an enormous fan of Glide floss,” she admitted. “We all are in my house. My son, Kassius, hated flossing because it always got stuck in between his teeth. It became a 20-minute drama at night to get him to floss. When I found Oral B Glide, he loved it. He calls it his ‘glossy flossy’ because it goes up into his teeth and comes right back down. We’ve actually been using this floss before this whole affiliation even happened. So it was a no-brainer when they called and asked me to be a part of this.”

For every pledge made this holiday season, Oral B will donate $1 to Operation Smile, up to $10,000. “It’s such an incredible organization, that provides free surgeries for cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities,” says Giovinazzo. “They are changing these kids’ lives.
