ONE LIFE TO LIVE Stars Reunite on an Episode of CASTLE

Kassie DePaiva (Blair) is guest-starring in an episode of CASTLE alongside some of her old ONE LIFE TO LIVE castmates!

Former OLTL star Nathan Fillion (Joey) currently stars on CASTLE, and not only does DePaiva appear in the upcoming episode, but so do Tuc Watkins (David) and Darlene Vogel (Melanie)!

“It was so fun,” DePavia shares with Soaps In Depth. “Nathan Fillion is just a delight to work with. Tuc and Nathan are two people from OLTL I’ve kept in touch with. They’re really my friends.”

The plot revolves around DePaiva and Watkins’ husband and wife, Roger and Joanna Mathis, who are pulled into a murder mystery. “It takes place in our home,” she previews. “I can’t tell you if we’re victims or suspects, but it’s really fun!”

Having three OLTL actors appearing as guests on a show that stars another is quite a coincidence, but that’s exactly what DePaiva insists it was! “My agent said, ‘I just submitted you for a role on CASTLE,’” she recalls. “I said, ‘That’s funny. I just had dinner with Tuc [and Nathan] last night.’ Coincidentally, I got a text from Nathan saying ‘Congratulations on your role, and I think you’ll like who’s going to play your husband!’”
