Last year, the wicked granny switched the results of the tot’s paternity test, making it appear that Nikolas, not Lucky, had fathered Elizabeth’s newest addition, before leaving town with her secret that a Spencer child was being raised as a Cassadine. With Tyler Christopher‘s exit as Nikolas on the immediate horizon — he tapes his last episode next week — it seems as if her return will play into the actor’s final storyline.
