A lot can happen in a day in Port Charles, so it’s easy to get lost. If you’ve missed anything that happened over the last week or so on the soap, our GENERAL HOSPITAL recaps can help you get back up to speed in no time!
With Nelle fully believing that Chase had turned Michael’s car into a deathtrap, she finally confessed to having murdered her ex. She also admitted that she had tried to kill Michael. Just before she could ice the cake — and clear Carly’s name — by revealing the truth about the whole staircase incident, Michael’s car collided with the prison transport van carrying Obrecht. Nelle left Michael trapped in the about-to-explode car, but Sonny managed to rescue his son. Stumbling through the woods, Nelle went into labor and gave birth to a son with the help of fellow wanderer, Obrecht. Meanwhile, soon after Brad took his and Lucas’ son, Wylie, home, the baby died. On his way to the hospital, Brad crossed paths with Nelle, who convinced him they should trade babies. Later, as Brad introduced Lucas to Wylie (whom he had not yet seen), Nelle lashed out at Michael, blaming him for the “death” of their child!
Jason Saved Carly!
With Franco’s help, Jason rescued Carly from Dr. Lasiris’ shock therapy treatment and took her to a safe house. Carly reunited with Sonny and caught up on recent developments, while Franco was pleased when Elizabeth was completely understanding about the illegal actions he took to help Jason. (Of course, Franco couldn’t help but wonder if Liz would’ve been quite so understanding if the breakout had involved someone other than her ex, Jason!)
Where Is Anna?
Having rescued Peter from the burning cabin, Finn took Anna’s son to the hospital. There, the doctor tried convincing Peter that perhaps he should consider giving his mother a chance. Peter, however, remained full of anger and bitterness about Anna’s decision to give him away and what had happened to him as a direct result. Robert came to town with every intention of taking Peter to be tried by the infamous international criminal tribunal at The Hague, in the Netherlands. Finn, however, refused to allow Robert to take his patient, thus buying Peter a little time. While later comparing notes, Robert and Finn realized that Anna had not gone to Berkeley. Quickly realizing that whoever had Anna was trying to lure Finn into a trap — presumably to use him against her — Robert took control of the developing situation.
